The company has successfully mastered the seedling cultivation technology of a variety of rare medicinal plants, and owns a standardized seedling cultivation base of more than 220 acres, with an annual capacity of domesticating and cultivating 2 million seedlings and producing more than 300 tons of seedlings. Through various methods such as land transfer, seedling distribution, and contract recycling, the company has established more than 8,000 acres of bases for Polygonatum, Phellodendron, Honeysuckle, Atractylodes, Litsea coreana, etc. More than 20,000 acres of under-forest traditional Chinese medicinal material bases are under preparation, and the bases have radiated to more than 10 towns in the Xuefeng Mountain area.

The company has two processing plants. The primary processing plant in Yanxi Township covers an area of nearly 5,000 square meters; the deep processing plant in Honghuayuan Industrial Park, Xupu County covers an area of 4,600 square meters. It has two 50-ton cold storages and one 100-ton cold storage; it is equipped with more than 80 sets of processing equipment, with an annual fresh material primary processing capacity of 1,200 tons and an annual deep processing capacity of more than 150 tons.
